When Rebel Sim II is Shipped and used first time then it is in
Universal Unlock Mode. However if you check the menu none of the 12
Rebel Sim II modes are Selected Yet.


Always use the Universal Unlock Mode that is by Dafault Enabled on a
freshly programmed rebel sim II. Software to Write firmware is here. The Rebel Sim II V1 firmware is here.

If you have changed a mode and want to Use the Default Factory
Programmed Universal Mode just overwrite the firmware with the rebel
sim II V1 file and then use in this Mode as its Very Power full and can
allow entry to the phones Rebel Sim II menu easier in any Phone so can
configure Rebel Menu option that is best for that phone
